We aim to make getting your order simple and straightforward.

Delivery time: Orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days after they are placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping cost: Your shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link when one is available. Tracking information may take a little time to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. We’ll try to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed.

Delivery issues: If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number so we can help.
